9 Tips For Cutting Down Cell Phone Rays

Most people don't think about how much radiation is emitted from cell phones and may not understand ways to decrease exposure so I wanted to send this message out to anyone that may have concerns of ill effects of cell phones on the human body. In a study in 2010, by The National Toxicology Program under the National Institutes of Health.  The study showed that  cell phone radiation exposure levels within the currently allowable safety limits are the “likely cause” of brain and heart cancers in animals.  This is according to Dr. John Bucher, Associate Director of the NTP. Experts have been warning users that research has shown a link with increased headaches, high blood pressure, Cancer and earlier onset of Alzheimers.   This is pretty scary so limited usage of cell phones would be a good idea. Here are some ideas that can potentially reduce your risk of exposure just to be safe: 1. Keep your phone time limited:  Only use your cell phone when necessary and keep them brief.  Research has shown that a short, two-minute call can alter the natural electrical activity of the brain up to one hour. 2. Text when you can. Not while driving of course but in cases where you can pay attention to texts, do this instead of making a phone call. 3. There are low-radiation phones, you may want to invest in one: Did you know what happens when you receive or send off a call?  Well, your signal sends electromagnetic waves which travel to and from satellite towers.  It is not known the long term effects on health yet so cutting down the radiation is probably a good idea. 4. Use a headset or speaker. Right now, there isn't enough research to determine whether using a speaker or headset.  I don't recommend using a blue tooth because rays are constantly being submitted back and forth which can't be good. 5. Don't put the phone by your body or on your waist during use.   Again, rays will be emitted while the phone is on and your body.  One study suggested that men who attach their cell phones near their waste could see their sperm count reduced by as much as one-third. 6. Delayed use. If you're using your phone without a headset, wait for your call to connect before putting it next to your ear.  Trying to connect sends off more rays than when it is fully connected. 7. Avoid use in metal boxes. Elevators and cars cuts signal strength and forces the phone to use more power to connect. 8. A word about EMFs. Protect yourself from EMFs - electromagnetic fields. You can do that by purchasing a scientifically validated EMF protection device.   They are inexpensive and in my opinion better to have on your phone and not take any chances. 9. Supplements to fight the atmospheric toxins:  Anti-oxidants such as catalase, glutathione, and Coq10 can be quite helpful. You can also supplement with melatonin, Zinc and Gingo Biloba.
