San Carlos, CA has grown leaps and bounds. What used to be a small town has started to grow pretty rapidly.

Start ups are popping up all around the SF Bay Area. Here are some Pros and Cons of Start Ups in the area.

Pros: Restaurants, bars and nightlife has certainly become busier and they are open around hours of tech company schedules.  More people means more energy. 

Cons: High Tech companies unfortunately do not have customers going in and out and they take up the majority of parking spaces during the day.  Traffic has increased and prices have gone up since start ups usually pay pretty well.  

I like high tech companies and I get a lot of patients from them it has changed the vibe a bit so anyone looking for that small town vibe that used to be there may be disappointed and anyone that loves bigger cities my love it.  

It is all in the way you think of things.  The world is getting more populated and we as a community should come together and come to a harmonious way of living!
